Role Description

This is a full-time on-site leadership role for a 40-room Guesthouse and 2 Padel Courts located in a prime touristic area of South Bali.

The Property Operations Manager will be fully responsible for overseeing daily operations, team management, revenue performance, guest satisfaction, and facility maintenance. This role requires strong operational leadership, financial oversight, and the ability to drive both accommodation and sports facility revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supervising on-site staff (front office, housekeeping, maintenance)
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations of both the guesthouse and padel courts
  • Monitoring occupancy, revenue performance, and cost control
  • Handling escalated guest issues and ensuring high service standards
  • Overseeing budgeting and financial reporting
  • Coordinating maintenance and vendor management
  • Developing strategies to maximize room occupancy and padel court bookings
  • Implementing SOPs and maintaining operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel, guesthouse, or property management (minimum X years preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and take full operational ownership
  • Sales-driven mindset with understanding of hospitality performance metrics
