The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be part of the Operations Team. As Maintenance Supervisor, you will manage a team of maintenance staff that will serve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing matters that occurred at FIT HUB clubs .
Job description :
- Managing team of maintenance staffs, making effective and efficient delegation to handle all request ticketing tasks from clubs.
- Running & monitoring the preventive maintenance program routinely according to the schedule that has been made.
- Analyzing the cause and repairing if there is damage to the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil Installation.
- Able to give technical advice to the team, on the other hand able to solve damage problems individually.
- Making daily results work reports to the Maintenance Manager.
- Make estimation of spare parts or materials needed by clubs, case by case.
- Respond quickly to any damage that occurs.
Job Requirements :
- Min. Diploma degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experienced as Maintenance/Engineering Supervisor in the hospitality/retail industry/food & beverage retail business with large multi-city physical footprint.
- Understand electrical panel systems and water plumbing installation.
- Mastering civil work maintenance & repair building area.
- Mastering expertise in maintenance & repair installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioner (HVAC).
