The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be part of the Operational team. As Sales and Operational Excellence you will be working in a team to manage and improve both sales and operational excellence procedures to ensure more efficient sales strategy and more efficient business process.
What You Will Do:
- Developing Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to attract new members and retain existing ones. This involves analyzing market trends, understanding customer needs, and positioning.
- Monitoring Performance: Monitors sales performance closely by analyzing sales data, metrics, and KPIs. Identifying areas of improvement and taking corrective actions to optimize sales effectiveness
- Conduct a thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Establish the development and execution of procedures, standards, and initiatives for the operational process.
- Create an approach or methodology as a framework and strategy to organize and improve sales excellence, business process improvement, SOP creation and enhancement, frontliner productivity improvement, lead conversion management, system automation, and more.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of projects or initiatives.
Must have:
- Having at least 6 - 8 years of experience managing Sales Team or Sales Excellence Team in retail business with large multi-city physical footprint.
- Demonstrated track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment, preferably in business with large multi-city physical footprint.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in handling a team.
- Having good analytical thinking, strong problem solver with solid analytical & quantitative skills, highly data-driven & objective.
- Highly results-oriented and OKR-driven, supported with the ability to set up & roll out new initiatives end-to-end, from ideation & conception to piloting, monitoring & ramp-up.
- Good at multitasking across many concurrently running initiatives & prioritising well across different improvement opportunities.
- Having experience in financial statements, consulting background, and/or having understanding in Six Sigma will be an advantage.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Able to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia in professional settings.
- Willing to travel across Indonesia.
