Your opportunity

The role supports Kering based in Indonesia. You will be the local Kering representative and point of contact for Indonesia, and work closely with local stakeholders (3PL, finance, logistics, administrations, retail operations) as well as regional functions based in Singapore and Malaysia.

Your role is to manage the local Logistics & Operations, and match expected service level at defined costs, on all type of Fashion & Jewelry Goods.. Their priority is to reach operational excellence in order fulfilment and reverse logistics, to reach clients and stores on time and meet Brands expectations. Trade compliance and local regulations are also a must to control under your scope.

You will have a key role of representation towards local offices and administrations. You will communicate with, develop, and maintain positive relationships with both external and internal cross functional partners.

You will be reporting to Transport, Customs and Compliance Manager.

How you will contribute

• Local office and company representative and liaise with other Kering departments based overseas.
• Local representative of Kering Logistics to execute operations between Regional Logistics, 3PL Warehouse & Transport team, Brokers, Importers and other logistics partners.
• Manage Logistics Partners (CEVA, SNP) for operations and import / export activities in the country.
• Pilot 3PL performance and costs, controlling of monthly invoicing.
• Coordination of logistics between PT Kering Indonesia and the 2 Gucci Retail entities.
• Execution of Import Approval (PI) process to secure yearly import quotas for Gucci.
• Authorize to validate & clear shipments / AWB and validate logistics invoicing (POA).
• Support retail operations for Gucci.
• Create a scalable platform to support future brand expansions in Indonesia

Who you are

• Master's degree in administration, Business, Supply Chain/Logistics or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in Operations / Retail or in a similar industry in Indonesia.
• Background on Trade and Compliance activities in Indonesia, knowledge of customs requirements for import & export activities is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in using MS Office Applications.
• Independent, collaborative, proactive team player, willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities, in a fast-paced environment.
• Be agile, vigilant and customer focus.
