Our client for the ICT industry is looking to hire a Head of Procurement and Supply Chain. This role will be based in Indonesia and will be responsible in the end-to-end Procurement and Supply Chain Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Operations:
- Lead procurement operations including planning and consolidation of buying to drive cost leadership and efficiency across categories.
- Oversee catalogue and content management, and supplier relationship management systems (SRM).
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
- Ensure procurement activities are completed in a timely manner, aligned with AOP targets and cost optimization objectives.
- Manage vendor onboarding, qualification, and performance management.
Supply Chain Operations:
- Develop and execute supply chain strategy to ensure resilience, scalability, and business continuity.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels, visibility, and cost efficiency.
- Lead warehousing, logistics, and distribution operations.
- Ensure seamless SIM card distribution and logistics operations to support business growth.
- Monitor and manage end-to-end supply chain risks to ensure operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain functions within the ICT industry
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Min 12 years of work experience
