About the role
As the Litigation Specialist at Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk), you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all litigation-related matters for the organization. This is a key role that requires strong legal expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to strategically navigate complex disputes. Based in Karawaci Banten, this full-time position will see you playing a vital part in protecting the company&aposs interests and ensuring legal compliance across the group.
What you&aposll be doing
- Spearheading the management of all litigation cases, including research, case preparation, negotiation, and representation in court proceedings
- Providing strategic legal advice and recommendations to senior leadership on litigation risks and mitigation strategies
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and effective legal approach
- Overseeing the work of external legal counsel and managing the litigation budget
- Staying abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations, and updating company policies and procedures accordingly
- Developing and implementing policies and processes to prevent and minimize litigation risks
- Mentoring and coaching junior members of the legal team
What we&aposre looking for
- A law degree and a valid license to practice law in Indonesia
- At least 8 years of proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Exceptional legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities, with the confidence to represent the company in court
- Thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent project management and team leadership skills
- Commercial acumen and the ability to provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice
