Sentrum Promosi Indonesia (SPI), a key sister company of Rajawali Telekomunikasi Selular (RTS), is seeking a strategic and highly experienced Senior Legal Manager.
In this leadership role, you will lead the legal department in overseeing complex leasing operations, commercial contracts, and infrastructure projects. You will serve as a trusted legal advisor to the management, ensuring that all business expansions and operations are built on a solid, compliant, and risk-mitigated legal foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Legal Oversight: Manage and oversee the end-to-end legal framework for commercial leasing, land/site acquisitions, and infrastructure development.
- Contract Strategy & Negotiation: Lead the drafting and high-level negotiation of complex commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
- Risk Management: Provide executive-level legal analysis and risk assessments to guide business decisions and protect the company's interests.
- Stakeholder & Authority Management: Act as the lead representative in dealings with government agencies, notaries, and external counsel for permits and licensing.
- Compliance & Governance: Develop and implement internal legal policies to ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian laws and corporate governance standards.
- Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Oversee any legal disputes or potential litigation cases, ensuring effective resolution strategies.
- Fintech Advisory: Provide strategic legal support and stay ahead of regulatory changes in digital payment systems, e-money, and fintech services.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university; a Master's Degree (M.H. or LL.M.) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 57 years of proven experience in legal roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead capacity (preferably in leasing, telecom, or infrastructure).
- Expertise: Deep expertise in Indonesian land law, leasing regulations, and commercial litigation.
- Certification: Must hold a valid PERADI license.
- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
- Mobility: Willingness to travel or conduct site visits across various locations as required for strategic due diligence.
- Bonus Point: Strong familiarity with the legal landscape of digital payments, e-money, or financial technology (Fintech).
