Design and develop structured curriculum plans and learning frameworks tailored to hospital and business unit needs.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill and knowledge gaps, and provide strategic recommendations to bridge them through effective training programs.
Identify, assess, and implement relevant learning interventions through internal delivery or collaboration with external consultants.
Deliver a strong and effective induction program to onboard new employees and ensure a deep understanding of the company culture and job scope.
Prepare and manage the training and development budget to ensure cost-effective implementation.
Evaluate training effectiveness through data analysis and feedback surveys, and generate insightful reports for continuous improvement.
Maintain strong administrative oversight of training records, schedules, and related documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the healthcare industry or HR/training consultancy.
Strong expertise in training delivery, training needs analysis, and instructional design/module development.
Enthusiastic about teaching, coaching, and people development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect across departments and levels.
Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong administrative and reporting skills.
Self-driven, adaptable, and willing to travel frequently for on-site training across units.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment.
