We are seeking a Learning and Development Intern to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of our training programs. The ideal candidate should be passionate about learning and development and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Your Main Duties In Flying With Us
- Support team in all training activities, such as logistics preparation, trainee/trainer support, training registration, and feedback
- Support team to maintain trainees&apos learning progress and history
- Supporting team in executing learning strategy across directorate
- Helping in create a reporting analytics related to learning activities
Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Information Tech, Computer Science or related major, fresh graduates are also welcome
- Have interests in developing people
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gsheet/Gslides), Canva/Adobe
- Demonstrated interest in learning and development
- Be well-organized, proactive, open-minded, highly responsible, and supportive
- Desired length of employment: 6 month
- Willing to commit with hybrid working arrangement (Jakarta)
