Job Title : Learning & Development
Job Summary : The main purpose of the L&D Internship is to support the development, administration, and delivery of learning programs while gaining hands-on experience in organizational learning and people development.
Job Responsibility :
- Support talent development initiatives (onboarding, leadership, succession planning)
- Assist in the coordination and execution of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
- Support the preparation of training materials, presentations, and learning content.
- Maintain training records, attendance data, and feedback documentation.
- Help manage schedules, invitations, and logistics related to learning sessions.
- Collect and summarize feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Assist in coordinating the performance review cycle, including data collection, reminders, and follow-ups
- Support the implementation of OKRs/KPIs and track progress across departments.
- Provide administrative support for employee evaluations and documentation.

Job Specification :
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education or related field.
Strong interest in Learning & Development, Training, and Employee Growth.
