We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Learning & Development (L&D) projects. This role will provide hands-on experience in content development, training coordination, and digital learning platforms. The intern will contribute to initiatives such as the Capability in Building Program as well as other activities that relate to L&D programs across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
(a) Content Development & Management:
- Assist in designing, editing, and publishing learning materials (presentations, job aids, e-learning modules, quizzes, product sheets).
- Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with organizational learning priorities.
- Support translation/adaptation of content for multiple markets.
(b) Platform & Tools Support:
- Update and maintain learning platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Associate Central....)
- Collect user feedback and propose improvements to enhance learning experience (e.g., gamification, UX enhancements, completion tracking).
(c) Training & Development Coordination:
- Support the planning, scheduling, and communication of L&D programs (virtual and in-person).
- Provide logistical and administrative support to facilitators and trainers.
- Track learner participation, progress, and feedback to ensure program effectiveness.
(d) Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with HR, Sales, and cross-functional teams to align learning projects with business needs.
- Coordinate with regional teams to support rollout, communication, and learner engagement.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Strong interest in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, or Organizational Development.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams); knowledge of Power Apps/Planner/ Articulate/ CANVA is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). Additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Graphics/ instructional design is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Creative mindset with an interest in digital learning, user experience, and content design.
- Proactive, resourceful, and a strong team player.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT:
- On-site at our Cikande Office: Kawasan Industri Modern, Modern Industri Utama Blok BA No.5, Sukatani, Kec. Cikande, Kabupaten Serang, Banten 42186.
