To support our future leadership pipeline, ASSA runs ASSA Academy Management Trainee Program, designed to develop high-potential talents into future business leaders across our diversified ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Design and manage the overall ASSA Academy (Management Trainee) framework and curriculum.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition in the end-to-end MT selection process (assessment design, interview panel coordination, user alignment).
- Develop structured learning journeys including in-class training, on-the-job training (OJT), mentoring, and business project assignments.
- Monitor trainee progress through regular evaluation, feedback sessions, and performance tracking.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure program alignment with business strategy and workforce planning.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve content, methodology, and engagement strategy.
- Manage program administration, documentation, and reporting to leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Management Trainee program handling.
- Proven experience in designing and executing structured development programs (preferably MT/Graduate Program).
- Strong knowledge of competency framework, training needs analysis, and performance evaluation methods.
- Experience in stakeholder management across multiple business units.
- Strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Agile, proactive, and passionate about developing future leaders.
- Willing to be placed in our Head Office (Sunter, Jakarta Utara)
