Managing the end to end learning development process for operation team :
Creating the learning development strategy and TNA based on business need / strategy or commercial strategy
Managing the team and control the produtivity related to the training implementation
Evaluate the training implementation until the impact level
Job Requirements
Min Bachelor&aposs Degree in any field.
At least 5 years of working experience in Training & Development for corporate position is required for this position. Preferably with managerial level.
5- 7 years relevant experience
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Willing to be placed in Harco Mangga Dua, North Jakarta &/ Landmark Pluit and mobile
