KOL Acquisition & Partnership (Full-Time)

As a KOL Acquisition & Partnership, your main focus will be expanding and strengthening our KOL ecosystem. You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing high-potential creators, while building strong and sustainable relationships with them.

Your day-to-day work will include researching and identifying potential influencers, especially nano and micro KOLs, that align with company and client needs. You will build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective talents across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

You will actively reach out to creators, present the value of joining Ertri Indonesia as managed talent, and convert them into long-term partners. This includes negotiating collaboration terms such as rate cards, deliverables, and partnership agreements.

You will also ensure smooth coordination between KOLs and internal teams, while maintaining strong relationships to support future collaborations.

Beyond acquisition, you are expected to evaluate KOL quality through key metrics such as engagement rate, audience relevance, and niche positioning, ensuring every partnership brings real value to the ecosystem.

Requirements

• You hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• You have at least one year of experience in influencer marketing, KOL acquisition, talent management, or a similar role.
• Experience in a digital agency or talent management environment will be a strong advantage.
• You have a strong understanding of social media platforms and how to evaluate KOL potential, including engagement rate, audience quality, and niche relevance.
• You are confident in communication and negotiation, both written and verbal.
• You are proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• You are organized and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• You are comfortable working from the office and collaborating closely with the team.
