What You'll Do:

As an Brand Marketing Specialist, you will drive influencer and celebrity collaborations to support brand campaigns and overall growth. This role centers on building strong partnerships with agencies and management teams, leading negotiations, and ensuring seamless execution from onboarding through campaign launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discover and shortlist influencers and content creators who reflect the brand's identity, audience, and campaign goals
• Create & craft influencer marketing plans that align with broader marketing strategies, including product launches and key campaigns
• Partner with influencers to deliver creative and authentic content such as sponsored posts, reviews, tutorials, and brand features

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Brand Communication or a relevant field
• 1–2 years of experience in Brand or Digital Marketing, or a related field; fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Strong interest in the beauty industry
• Background in beauty brand promotion or solid knowledge of beauty and skincare is an advantage
• Well-versed in current marketing trends and industry best practices
• Available to work on-site full-time at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta
