Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential and build relationships with new clients.
  • Acting as the point of contact for clients and internal company teams.
  • Managing, organizing client accounts to know their needs.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
  • Handling budgets and client invoices.
  • Suggesting innovative ways to increase sales and enhance clients experience.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
  • Collecting payment for the goods and services.

Skills & Capabilities

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Sales / Account Executive (preferably in FMCG, seafood, or frozen food).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage clients and achieve sales targets.
  • Basic analytical skills to evaluate sales performance.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and high ownership mindset.
  • Willing to work in a mobile role within Jakarta area.
