Manage and monitor related key account management activities : Distribution, RTM, Distributor Management, Account Management activities for both Offline and Online Sales Channel.
Manage all the sales/ operations activities for Retail/ Direct-to-Consumers channel.
Conduct market analysis and identify potential new markets, channels, and customer segments.
Explore growth opportunities across Retail, Brand.com, B2B partnerships, Loyalty Programs, and other emerging channels.
Define the optimal Route-to-Market strategy by selecting the most profitable channels for SDA and Cookware products.
Evaluate and determine whether to partner with distributors or operate through direct sales models.
Drive the distribution of SDA and CW product at the right channel.
Manage trade spending effectively to secure strong in-store visibility, distribution expansion, and market share growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales or Marketing.
5-7 years minimum sales management experience, preferably in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Home Appliances.
Strong expertise in Distributor Management, Route-to-Market strategy, and Key Account Management.
Solid knowledge of distribution channels including: Hyper, Department Stores (ideally Electronic Specialists), e-Commerce and Traditional trade
Deep understanding of the Indonesian retail landscape.
Able to communicate perfectly (speaking & writing) in English
