Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor all employment administration processes related to HRBP functions within the assigned team.
  • Monitor and coordinate recruitment processes to fulfill manpower needs.
  • Responsible for workforce management and team performance, including regular coordination and evaluation.
  • Review and approve employee business travel requests.
  • Conduct performance evaluations through one-on-one meetings and make decisions based on discussion outcomes.
  • Handle the end-to-end offboarding process, from administration to communication with relevant parties.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues while maintaining a healthy work environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding strategies.
  • Perform various ad-hoc tasks as required by the HRBP team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and a fast learner.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
