We&aposre seeking a mid-senior IT Support Specialist to lead and manage end-to-end IT operations, including asset management, software & hardware setup. The ideal candidate will proactively establish IT policies and SOPs, and ensure VPN and security compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day IT support operations, ensuring minimal downtime and high responsiveness.
- Set up and maintain IT hardware (laptops, printers, speaker/camera systems, and video conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams).
- Configure and troubleshoot network and email systems
- Manage Microsoft 365 licenses, ensuring they are properly registered and compliant.
- Establish, document, and implement IT Support & Asset Management SOPs and policies.
- Set up and support secure VPN connections in line with company security protocols.
- Monitor and enforce IT security policies, identifying gaps and proactively mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for system alignment and integration.
Requirements:
- 46+ years of experience in IT Support, ideally in a mid-senior role.
- Strong hands-on experience with: Network/email tools, Hardware troubleshooting (printers, laptops, etc), Microsoft 365 license management, VPN setup and endpoint security
- Proven experience building and implementing IT SOPs and asset management systems.
- Knowledge of IT security standards and ability to enforce company-wide policies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive, hands-on working style
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
