IT Support L2

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as IT Support or in a related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, including hands-on experience in creating and managing scripts (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).
• Proficient in working with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL, including basic administration and troubleshooting.
• Skilled in log management and monitoring using tools such as Dynatrace, Elastic, and Kibana.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Familiar with incident management, escalation processes, and ITIL best practices.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to continuously learn new tools and technologies.
