Job Description

• Analyze, diagnose, and perform installation for IT systems, including desktop hardware, operating systems, application software, network connectivity, printers, scanners, and related issues
• Troubleshoot notebook/laptop hardware (RAM, hard disk, VGA, etc.)
• Create and maintain technical documentation for hardware and software
• Manage, update, and close troubleshooting tickets and service requests from users

Requirements

• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Good communication skills, able to interact with users at all levels
• Positive attitude and pleasant personality
• Hands-on experience with Mikrotik (bandwidth management, load balancing, failover)
• Experience in CCTV installation, troubleshooting, and monitoring
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or related field
