Assistant Factory Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Leader located in Kecamatan Karawaci. The Factory Leader is responsible for managing day-to-day factory operations, ensuring productivity, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. The role involves overseeing production processes, managing a team of workers, coordinating logistics, and implementing process improvements for efficiency. The Factory Leader will also ensure compliance with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities to effectively oversee factory operations.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and manufacturing best practices.
• Proficiency in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and logistics planning.
• Technical skills in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational assessments.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations within factory settings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work collaboratively across departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in factory leadership or manufacturing operations is highly advantageous.
