Role Description
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Operations professional to support day-to-day operations within a growing and dynamic business environment.
This role is suited for someone who enjoys creating structure, consistency, and smooth execution across both people and office operations.
What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing with high accuracy
- Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and basic discipline processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations
- Handle general affairs matters including office administration, vendor coordination, and basic procurement
- Support workplace operations to ensure a well-functioning and organized environment
- Work closely with finance and operations teams on daily coordination
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in HR Operations, Payroll, HR Admin, or General Affairs
- Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility
- Able to communicate effectively across managerial and operational teams
- Organized, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
