Junior IT Officer

Job Description

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity issues 
• Maintain and update IT asset inventory including PCs, peripherals, and licenses
• Monitor and maintain on-premise server health (CPU, memory, disk, uptime)
• Perform regular backup operations and conduct monthly restore tests
• Support implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery procedures
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network performance, manage firewall rules, antivirus, and endpoint security tools
• Provide support and basic administration for core systems
• Perform basic database queries and data summaries using Microsoft Excel
• Report SLIK to OJK

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in an IT support or IT operations role
• Experience working with on-premise server environments (Windows Server preferred)
• Windows Server administration (basic to intermediate)
• Active Directory and user account management
• Networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN
• Familiarity with backup tools (e.g. Veeam, Acronis, or similar)
• Basic firewall and network security concepts (Having an understanding of FortiGate would be beneficial)
• Microsoft Office — intermediate Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic reporting)
• Basic database knowledge — able to write simple SQL queries (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN)
• Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing tools (e.g. Freshdesk, Jira, or similar)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a small team
• Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies
