IT Senior Manager – Operational & Security Management
IT Senior Manager – Operational & Security Management is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems while maintaining robust information security across the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring system reliability, minimizing risks, and maintaining compliance with security standards and regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Operations Management
- Oversee daily IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, servers, and applications
- Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
- Manage IT service delivery and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes
- Lead and manage the IT operations team to ensure optimal performance
IT Security Management
- Develop and implement information security policies and frameworks
- Ensure the security of networks, systems, and organizational data
- Conduct risk assessments and manage vulnerability management processes
- Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats and incidents
- Oversee internal and external security audits
- Ensure compliance with security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
Strategic & Leadership
- Define and execute IT operations and security strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage IT budgets and ensure cost efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business needs
- Recommend and implement technology solutions to enhance security and efficiency
- Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and training
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in All IT Aspectst, at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong experience in both IT operations and IT security management
- Solid understanding of network, system administration, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Experience in security audits and compliance
- Preferred has CISSP / CISM / ITIL / ISO 27001 / PMP Certificate
