Mayapada Healthcare Group is seeking a highly capable and experienced professional to lead the operations and strategic development of Mayapada Clinic.
Position: Head of Mayapada Clinic
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee overall clinic operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery and patient care
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Manage, mentor, and develop both medical and non-medical teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align clinic performance with organizational objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with proven leadership experience
- Strong understanding of clinic operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance and improve patient experience
