The Role
As the IT Portfolio & Assets Management Head at PT Bussan Auto Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic management of the company&aposs IT portfolio and assets. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will play a crucial role in aligning the IT strategy with the overall business objectives, ensuring the efficient utilization and optimization of the company&aposs IT resources.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT portfolio management framework
- Ensuring effective prioritization and governance of IT investments.
- Overseeing IT assets, including hardware, software, and infrastructure, while conducting regular vendor assessments to optimize performance and cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into IT solutions and provide strategic recommendations to IT leadership on investment decisions.
- Establish IT governance processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT Portfolio Management, Asset Management, and strategic planning
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and manage IT investments to meet company goals
- Experience in budgeting, financial management, and operational efficiency
- Bachelor&aposs degree in IT or Computer Science
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or COBIT are beneficial
- Experience in the Financials Service Industry
