IT Customer Success Management - (Paid Internship)

Descriptions:

Hands-on experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement with a company&aposs products or services

Requirements:

- Final year student in IT fields.

- Previous experience in customer service roles, even in IT or Airlines, can be valuable.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.

- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Willing to meet new environment & new assignment.

- Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area).
