This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Project Manager located in Batam. The IT Project Manager will oversee and coordinate IT projects, ensuring that they meet requirements and are completed on time. Responsibilities include managing project lifecycles, planning and organizing tasks, leading project teams, analyzing project performance, and providing clear communication to stakeholders. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.

Job Description:

- Understand the business logic of the Project/Product

- Gather requirements from the Customer

- Communicate the proposed solutions to the Customer

- Document the scope of work in a scope document

- The scope document must include project timelines

- The scope document must also include testing plans

- Schedule tasks for programmers

- Ensure all tasks are completed on time

- Ensure there is a support team available for troubleshooting outside of working hours

- Ensure product quality

- Prepare regular reports

- Prioritize project needs even outside of working hours

- Communicate effectively within the team and be firm in meeting targets

- Able to adapt to current work methods

- Proficiency in the Travel Industry is a plus

- Proficiency in programming is a plus

- Proficiency in IT projects is a plus

Qualifications

Specific to Batam (WFO)

Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.

Minimum bachelor&aposs degree

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
