IT Project Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field as an IT Project Manager
• Mandatory minimum 2 years of experience as a Developer
• Preferably experienced in managing teams using Agile principles and having knowledge of the insurance industry
• Proven expertise in delivering Project Management Services, especially for BSS migration and system migration projects
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability with skills in analyzing, evaluating, and identifying solutions
• Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Willing to work on-site and in Banking, Insurance, or Multifinance companies
