Vision & Strategy: Assist in defining and shaping the directorate&aposs technology vision, ensuring alignment with the broader corporate strategy & roadmap.
Technology transformation leadership: Drive technological advancements, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and objectives.
Strategic collaboration: Work closely with e-commerce leaders to identify and implement IT solutions that support business goals and efficiencies.
Innovation and continuous improvement: Constantly seek opportunities to innovate and improve business processes through technology.
Manage end-to-end digital product: Act as product managers that manage the product starting from product discoveries (product research, prioritizing the product backlog, creating a product roadmap) until the product delivery (creating PRD, overseeing development, scrum and deployment)
Stakeholder communication: Act as a liaison between IT and Marketing, procurement, and E-commerce Directorates (Users), effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure all technological implementations are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices. Change management: Drive technology-oriented change management, ensuring that new technologies are adopted seamlessly.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Business Partner / Business Analyst / Digital Product Manager, focusing on technology discovery, development, and implementation.
Bachelor&aposs degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent workplace experience.
Experienced in IT Business Partner or Product Manager for Marketing, E-commerce, Manufacturing/Supply Chain, and Procurement fields.
Proficiency in project and business transformation management.
Passion for enhancing the user experience and operational efficiency.
Familiarity with excellent methodologies and agile thinking.
Confident leadership with strong integrity.
