Understand the Basic Life Insurance business rule and process
Have a good analytical skill
Good knowledge on SDLC and has implemented full cycle of software develop
Experience in handling application (front end, integration, or core application) that
related to insurance process.
Has experience in Life400 or GroupAsia insurance system is a plus.
Experience in requirement gathering as part of Business Requirement/Functional
Spec Document creation
Good time-management skills
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Able and experience in SQL (DML command)
Process and Result Oriented
Able to get on with others and a team player
Communicative and well organized
Well-presented and businesslike. Keen for new experience, responsibility and
accountability.
Attention to detail
Able to work individual or as tea
Sense of ownership and quality minded
Minimum Bachelor degree of IT/engineering/science related study
3 - 5 years of IT experiences
A well-known IT certification business analyst will be an advantage
