Information Technology Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis, planning and design of each IT development system and application
• Make strategic plans for the implementation of information technology in accordance with company policies and monitor all implementation
• Lead application development projects
• Ensure all IT systems run smoothly and decide on solutions if problems occur
• Responsible for developing and improving information and technology systems
• Responsible for all processes related to the IT department
• Perform managerial and controlling functions in building systems and applications in the IT field
• Carry out an analysis of the specifications and effectiveness of the new application system

Job Requirements:

• 8-14 years of total professional experience (preferred).
• Min. Bachelor Degree in computer science major
• Minimum of 3-4 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Min. 7 year developing experience with PHP and Min. 5 year experience with Architect. Has DDD experience will be a plus
• Master major frameworks, including Laravel, Lumen
• Master MySQL and performance tuning, major cache skills, including Redis/memcached
• Strong organization and team management skill
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability in coding for front-end and back-end
• Fintech or payment industry related experience will be a plus
• Able to communicate in English is a must
