Director of Information Technology

Responsibilities

The IT Director holds a strategic leadership role responsible for driving digital transformation and ensuring that all IT production processes run effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with the companys business objectives. This includes overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions, maintaining strict monitoring to guarantee that outputs meet quality expectations, and ensuring that all products and services are fit for purpose. The IT Director leads cross-functional teams to adopt innovative technologies, implements robust governance and risk management practices, and establishes a culture of continuous improvement. By balancing operational excellence with forward-looking innovation, the IT Director ensures that IT initiatives not only support daily operations but also deliver long-term value and competitive advantage for the company and its stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale IT consulting or software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in system architecture, cloud platforms, integration, and IT security.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.

• Security certifications such as CISM or CISSP are an advantage.
