Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Law or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and HR policies.
- Proven experience in handling bipartite/tripartite negotiations, dispute resolution, and union/labor communication.
- Good understanding of HR operations (e.g., contracts, disciplinary process, grievance handling).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive issues.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
- Willing to work on-site at our head office in Sidoarjo
Job Descriotion
- Advice, consult, facilitate and sensitise on IR structures and procedures for the day-to-day practical aspects of an IR function.
- Coordination to internal and external relation.
- Checking and reporting all Dispute.
- Issuing Evaluation.
- Issuing Recommendation.
- Building of constructive relationships between all stakeholders.
- Monitors implementation of policies concerning wages, hours, and working conditions, to ensure compliance with terms of labor contract.
