Who We&aposre Looking For

  • Preferably has 5+ years of experience in Industrial & Employee Relations also CSR roles position based in Oleochemical Industry or FMCG Industry
  • Fluent in English,
  • Excited about being part of a dream,
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • A strong believer in the power of winning together,
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, dispute resolution, and union management.
  • Experience in designing and executing CSR/community development programs.
  • Able to use MS Office Programs actively.
  • Able to come to our site in Sei Mangkei, Simalungun, North Sumatera

What You&aposll Be Doing

Responsible for managing Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) to create a harmonious working environment, ensure compliance with labour regulations, and strengthen positive relationships between company, employees, and external stakeholders. Additionally, lead Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs to enhance the companys contribution to society and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain constructive relationships with labour unions, employee representatives, and government institutions.
  • Handle disputes, grievances, and disciplinary cases in accordance with labour laws and company regulations.
  • Support the negotiation and implementation of Collective Labour Agreements (CLA/PKB).
  • Monitor changes in labour laws and advise management on compliance.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to improve morale and retention.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and follow-up initiatives.
  • Ensure company policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures are socialized and applied fairly.
  • Design, implement, and monitor CSR programs aligned with company values and sustainability goals.
  • Build partnerships with local communities, government agencies, and NGOs.
  • Manage reporting and communication of CSR initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure CSR activities support the companys reputation and comply with relevant regulations.
