Who We&aposre Looking For

• Preferably has 5+ years of experience in weighbridge/logistics/warehouse operations roles, at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role position based in Oleochemical Industry or FMCG Industry
• Fluent in English,
• Excited about being part of a dream,
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• A strong believer in the power of winning together,
• Strong knowledge of weighbridge systems, inventory control, and ERP (SAP or equivalent).
• Able to use MS Office Programs actively.
• Able to come to our site in Sei Mangkei, Simalungun, North Sumatera

What You&aposll Be Doing

Responsible for managing and overseeing weighbridge operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in recording all incoming raw materials, chemicals, and outgoing finished products in the oleochemical plant. Acts as the key liaison between weighbridge, logistics, warehouse, and production teams to maintain seamless material flow and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily weighbridge operations (inbound & outbound).
• Ensure all weighbridge data is accurately recorded, verified, and integrated into ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Monitor compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to weighing and material movement.
• Review and reconcile weighbridge tickets, delivery orders, and stock reports.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy of weighbridge operations.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, Production, Procurement, and Security teams for smooth material handling.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate weighbridge staff (operators, executives).
• Ensure weighbridge equipment reliability through regular calibration and maintenance schedules.
• Analyse weighbridge performance data and provide periodic reports to management.
• Support audit processes (internal/external) related to weighbridge operations and material control.
