Job description
- Ensuring good relations with employee and external agencies
- Familiar with handling issues in industrial relations with both employees and external agencies
- Ability to manage and resolve issues with businesses, employees, and external agencies
- Making sure that any issues relevant to employee punishment, counseling, handling conflicts between employees, the company, and/or labor laws and regulations are taken care of
Qualifications :
- Minimum education S1 majoring in Law
- Integrity, Responsible, Thorough
- Have Analytical Thinking, Leadership, Communicative
- Understand Bipartite and Tripartite processes
- Willing to be placed in Lampung
