Job descriptions : 1. Ensure all IELTS candidates receive an outstanding experience - in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Manage of test day activities including: register all IELTS test candidates (taking photograph), prepare of test documents, and supervision the test.
- Oversee and update the schedule of IELTS test.
- Gather IELTS candidate statistical information for reporting purposes
- Ensure all data is entered, stored, updated and accessed while maintaining security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor&aposs Degree in Others or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
- Customer and quality-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan, organize, prioritize and execute multiple tasks within set objectives in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience using MS Office, Microsoft Teams and confidence to work with a range of other technologies.
- Willing to work from our South Jakarta Office - Pondok Indah.
