Job Specifications:
- Source candidates and conduct initial CV screenings and phone screenings to identify qualified candidates
- Coordinate and provide assistance to new hires including pre-onboarding, onboarding, post onboarding, payroll, near contract end, and exit to help them during their working period
- Create & update personal info (including bank account number, status, and any other details) on HRIS and master data to ensure valid information on system
- Check the administration data update (including attendance of employee, leave and approval/rejection of leave) to record the valid attendance information
- Assist in insurance / BPJS enrollment, updating of time management records, responding to employee enquiries
- Assist with HR documentation & employee paperwork
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Active involvement in organizational activities (particularly in leadership role is highly preferrable)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Psychology, Business, or related field

- Paid internship with monthly compensations of 3 - 4 mio
- 3 - 6 months contract period

- Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days WFO in Bintaro, 2 days WFH
