Qualification

  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably specialized in Human Resources or equivalent

  • Proficient in using Excel and Word

  • Maintaining a positive attitude for the staff
  • Liaising with recruitment,
  • Organizing training sessions
  • Accurately recording hours & Administration report
  • Manage performance evaluations for all employees
  • Formulate regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) applicable to the company
