Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Central Jakarta for a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for a variety of tasks including the implementation and administration of HR policies, benefits planning, managing employee relations, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. In this role, you will actively support business goals by addressing staff needs through effective HR solutions, contributing to an inclusive and productive workplace.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, Recruitment and HR Policies.
• Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing employee relations.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and maintaining confidentiality.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar HR role, especially within the FMCG, Banking, or Pharmaceutical sectors, is an advantage.
