Human Resources Generalist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Bogor. The Human Resources Generalist will manage daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll processing. Responsibilities also include implementing HR policies, handling employee performance reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role requires collaboration with various teams to support workforce development and organizational growth.

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and managing employee relations
• Proficiency in HR policy development, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
• Problem-solving and organizational skills; attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR Generalist role or similar function is advantageous
