Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the guardian of accurate and timely attendance management.
  • Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and confidential upkeep of all employee documents, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Expertly manage the entire lifecycle of administrative matters, including working visa processing and BPJS (Health & Employment) administration.
  • Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Coordinate and schedule the entire interview process, providing a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events (e.g., annual gatherings, team-building activities).
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to foster a culture of continuous growth.
  • Utilize HR data to generate reports and provide insights on key metrics like attendance, turnover, and training effectiveness.
  • Identify trends and proactively recommend improvements to policies, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.

What We Are Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Proven experience (min. 0-1 years) as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, handling a wide range of HR responsibilities.
  • Detail-Oriented & Data-Driven - have an eagle eye for accuracy and are passionate about using data to tell a story and drive decisions. An interest in HR analytics is a huge plus.
  • Master Organizer - excel at time management and prioritizing a demanding task list.
  • Go the Extra Mile - inherently target-oriented and take initiative. You see a full plate not as a burden, but as an opportunity to excel and make a tangible impact.
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English or Mandarin.
  • Willingness to work from our office in BSD, Tangerang.
