Act as the guardian of accurate and timely attendance management.
Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and confidential upkeep of all employee documents, from onboarding to offboarding.
Expertly manage the entire lifecycle of administrative matters, including working visa processing and BPJS (Health & Employment) administration.
Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
Coordinate and schedule the entire interview process, providing a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events (e.g., annual gatherings, team-building activities).
Coordinate employee training and development programs to foster a culture of continuous growth.
Utilize HR data to generate reports and provide insights on key metrics like attendance, turnover, and training effectiveness.
Identify trends and proactively recommend improvements to policies, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
What We Are Looking For
A bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
Proven experience (min. 0-1 years) as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, handling a wide range of HR responsibilities.
Detail-Oriented & Data-Driven - have an eagle eye for accuracy and are passionate about using data to tell a story and drive decisions. An interest in HR analytics is a huge plus.
Master Organizer - excel at time management and prioritizing a demanding task list.

Excellent Communication Skills in English or Mandarin.
