Sorting and selecting applications/CVs, inviting potential candidates to participate in tests and interviews for new employee selection.
Scheduling and coordinating with the hospital regarding medical check-ups (MCU) for employees proposed as permanent employees.
Preparing letters of recommendation, promotion, transfer, and demotion based on existing request data, and requesting approval from the HR Department Manager.
Inputting training effectiveness and participant data into the HRIS.
Preparing reports and archiving work-related documents.
Performing other tasks assigned by superiors (including project assignments) for the benefit of the company.
