  • Sorting and selecting applications/CVs, inviting potential candidates to participate in tests and interviews for new employee selection.
  • Scheduling and coordinating with the hospital regarding medical check-ups (MCU) for employees proposed as permanent employees.
  • Preparing letters of recommendation, promotion, transfer, and demotion based on existing request data, and requesting approval from the HR Department Manager.
  • Inputting training effectiveness and participant data into the HRIS.
  • Preparing reports and archiving work-related documents.
  • Performing other tasks assigned by superiors (including project assignments) for the benefit of the company.
