Leadership Degree: A bachelor's degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field is commonly required. Advanced degrees or specialized certifications can be advantageous.
10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
Demonstrated experience in managing health, safety, and environmental aspects within industrial settings.
Experience with environmental regulations and compliance standards relevant to offshore operations.
Experience in environmental impact assessments, waste management, and pollution prevention strategies.
Experience of energy efficiency practices and sustainable energy initiatives
Experience to prepare and manage environmental compliance reports, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation measures for environmental hazards.
Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are preferred
