Building Manager (Apartment - Tangerang)

Responsibilities

• Managing the daily operations of premium high-rise residential to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
• Maintaining building facilities and common areas to premium standards to support tenant comfort and satisfaction.
• Leading engineering, housekeeping, security, and landscape teams to deliver consistent and efficient building services.
• Implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal building performance and asset reliability.
• Enhancing property value through continuous operational improvements and facility upkeep.
• Ensuring timely resolution of tenant requests while maintaining strong tenant relationships.
• Monitoring vendor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing High Rise Residential
• Strong knowledge of building systems operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire & safety systems.
• Proven leadership experience in managing engineering and soft service teams.
• Solid understanding of building regulations, safety compliance, and property management standards.
• Experience in vendor management and service level performance monitoring.
• Demonstrated capability in operational budgeting and cost control (OPEX & CAPEX).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and tenant relationship management skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with commitment to maintaining premium building standards.
• Willing to be stationed in Tangerang, Banten
