Job Description

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional Certification – Certifications in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are often required.
  • SIMOPS Training – Training or certification in managing simultaneous operations in complex environments
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on offshore operations, particularly in offshore production environments.
  • Extensive experience in HSE management – In-depth knowledge and experience in the development, implementation, and management of HSE programs, policies, and procedures
  • SIMOPS Experience – Proven experience in coordinating and managing SIMOPS in complex offshore operations.
  • Hands-on experience in coordinating HSE activities, ensuring safety procedures, and optimizing operational efficiency
  • Management Experience – Leadership experience in overseeing HSE teams and managing programs across large, complex projec
