What You Will Do :
- Develop and oversee the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and programs
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE laws and regulations
- Lead and manage HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all operations
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Prepare and submit regular HSE performance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities
- Oversee emergency response planning and coordinate drills and simulations
- Liaise with external agencies, industry bodies, and stakeholders on HSE matters
What We are Looking for :
- Bachelor Degree of Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- At least 8 years working experiences handling Health, Safety and Environment
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and best practices.
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be placed at Cikarang area
